The Director of Rehabilitation duties include overseeing and providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or greater in therapy from an accredited college Unencumbered PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or ST license in KY LTC/SNF experience preferred Perkins Country Manor is an equal opportunity employer.
