Strategic Pricing & Customer Systems Analyst

Strategic Analyst responsibilities are to identify, understand, coordinate, and enforce pricing opportunities, strategies, discount structures and guidelines for sales channels and markets. The Analyst will be responsible for communication and organization of data to the customer with bar coding, price announcements, and other related Marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Activities may include:
Provide support for outside sales with reports and documentation to promote sales growth and prevent accounts from moving business from National MRO Accounts.
Proactively review contracts and special price agreements for consumption for renewal.
Track Price Holds for National MRO Accounts.
Evaluate deviation method to ensure best practice is being utilized.
Identify and provide opportunities and analysis to Marketing for strategic business meetings and decisions.

o Competitor Analysis
Read, interpret and discuss pricing request with Product and Sales Managers to assure proper understanding of the opportunity and related pricing implications.
Work with Marketing to establish final pricing of the product, including list price, discount structure and special pricing incentives.
Manage CRM customer data & email information.
Manage & Create Subscribermail activities.
Bar Code Administration
Manage Oracle Account Management Activity.
Manage Price Media & Price Sheets.
Ability to participate or manage special projects.
Understand Product structure and maintain accuracy in vendor price key relationships relative to contract.

Qualifications
Education: 4 Year College Degree.
Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service or related department service required.
Project Management Experience.
Travel Required: as needed
Computer Skill:
o Personal Computer
o Proficient in Data warehouse, Nomad, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel & PowerPoint
o Proficient with Internet
Other: Knowledge of order management systems and productions systems.

System requirements: Oracle, Sharepoint, EPT CRM tool
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Ability to get along with others
Can effectively function in a matrix and team environment
Strong communication, organization and typing skills. Knowledge of E.P.T. products, process and procedures

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
